I’ve been filling up a new journal, practicing more yoga, sweating at a new gym. Running with an old friend and brunching on Sunset Blvd. Cooking with new foods (have you tried sea kelp noodles?!) and drinking more green things. Planning trips to my snowy hometown and San Francisco. I’m feeling energized and happy.
How are you making 2014 the best ever? I want to plant a little garden, run a race, kick ass at my job, and visit some places I’ve never been before. Last year was a wild mix of highs and lows, and I’m looking forward to a year of stable footing and positivity. With wheatgrass shots in hand, a toast to the new year.
